Our cancelation policy
In order to confirm your reservation, we request you to provide your credit card details. The information will be stored in a secure payment platform and not on our website.
We will not charge your credit card now as we will settle the payment of your stay with us at checkout. For security reasons, you might be requested to do a “zero” € payment in order to validate your pin code against your credit card.
Our cancelation policy is as follows:
- no cancellation fee charged if booking cancelled 2 weeks before start or Covid force majeure.
- 50% of booking amount charged if booking cancelled within 2 weeks before start.
- 100% of booking amount charged if booking cancelled within 2 days before start or no show.
